PreferredKnives.com is an online marketplace that contains many vendors from different areas in the Philippines. We do not currently have a brick and mortar retail location.

Sorry, we do not currently offer same day or rush deliveries.

Yes. We allow C.O.D. orders on orders below ₱3000. There is a small service charge  of ₱50 for the service.

We do not have any kind of system in place for in-person deliveries.

Preferred Knives offers flat rate shipping to anywhere in the Philippines for only  ₱99. Prepaid orders over ₱5000 qualify for free shipping.

C.O.D. orders have a limit of ₱3000. and the flat rate for C.O.D. shipping to anywhere in the Philippines is currently ₱149.

We do not currently ship internationally.

Yes, our items are genuine. All items shipped from verified vendors must be genuine items made by the original manufacturer. Any vendors found selling bootleg, counterfeit, or unauthorized items will be removed from this platform. 

Click add to cart on any screen where you see it. Click the shopping bag icon in the header of any page to see what’s in your cart. Click view cart to see what’s in your cart and what shipping options are available. Choose a shipping option and click proceed to checkout. Fill out all your details, follow all instructions, check the box that says I have read and agree to the website, and click place order. You will receive email confirmation.

Check in your spam folder. If there’s anything in there from Preferred Knives, click the button that says This is Not Spam. Marking our emails as not spam should insure that future emails go to your inbox.

Your item is only held while you are placing your order. You have approximately half an hour to complete your order.

You have 24 hours from the time you placed your order to complete your payment by bank deposit. You may make the deposit in person or by a bank to bank transfer. You can also make a deposit to our bank using services such as GCash.

It usually takes 1-7 business days from ship date or the day we sent your package to the courier anywhere in Luzon, and up to 12 business days for Visayas and Mindanao.

Business days do not include Sundays, holidays and the day the package is shipped out. Keep in mind there are no deliveries on Sundays or most legal holidays.

We accept payment via:

  • Bank deposits to BPI (check your emailed bill for details).
  • Transfers from GCash to our account at BPI.
  • C.O.D. for orders under P3ooo (with a P50 service fee).

Yes. You can see from the URL which starts with https:// that we are secure and use end to end encryption.

We will work with you as much as possible to help correct the error with the shipping company. If there are additional fees you will be responsible to pay them. Sorry but we are not responsible for orders delivered to a wrong address that you have provided.

We carry stock of all items that are for sale on our site. If anything is sold out it will be marked as out of stock on the website.

Preferred Knives offers a 5-day money back guarantee. Items must be genuine, as described, and be delivered in good condition. If they are not, customers have 5-days to return problematic items in “as received condition” with the original box and packaging to qualify for a refund.

Manufacturers warranties are not offered, as most items are not made or warranted in the Philippines.
