The Finch 2 is the latest addition to the family of Byrd. It features a compact carry-anywhere design and a stainless steel blade with a full-flat ground. It’s also equipped with G10 scales and a hook for attaching a lanyard or keychain.
The Finch is a combination of elements that brings together the best of both worlds: ergonomics and purchase. It features a G-10 construction and is the smallest byrd folder in its category. Its blade is under two inches, and it features a ball chain for easy attachment to a variety of objects.
It can be challenging to create a knife that feels secure and ergonomic for an adult-sized individual. The Finch utilizes several elements to elevate the user’s experience. Its smooth and precise cutting edge and splayed handle allow you to wrap your hand around it for exceptional control. Its back lock is located midway on the spine, which allows one hand to open and close the blade.
The Finch features a high carbon 8Cr13 MoV stainless steel blade, which is hollow-ground. Its G-10 handle features a clipless design.
