It’s easy to become a verified vendor on PreferredKives.com. Once you open your account and upload your products and images you can start selling and earning. We are dedicated to being your best, safest, and highest ranking option in the Philippines for buying and selling knives and related products on the Internet. Just check out our site and you’ll see we’ve done our homework and have created an awesome marketplace for vendors just like you to use. Here’s how to get started:

1. Create an Account: Go to the homepage and click on the button at the bottom of the page that says “Become a Verified Vendor.” You can also reach the registration page from here or from the main menu at the top of any page, under “Sell” > “Register.” You will be able to create a new account there, or sign in if you already have an account. If you are creating a new vendor account please be sure to click the button that says “I am a vendor.” Please enter a good email address that you can verify, and a very secure password that you don’t use anywhere else.

2. Complete the Setup: Complete the new vendor setup wizard including cellphone, banking, and or PayPal information. Alternately you can edit or add any additional details under settings in your vendor dashboard after your account is created. However, your vendor account can only be approved for sale if it is complete. As soon as your information is complete and verified you’ll be approved to upload your product information and selling prices, and start selling.

3. Submit Your Documents: In order to get approved to sell and to unlock your online store, you will also need to take a photo or scan of your official ID card or passport and upload it at the bottom of this page. These are valid forms of ID:

• Tax Identification Number (TIN)
• Driver’s License
• Social Security System Card (SS ID)
• Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) ID card (National ID)
• Passport, including those issued by foreign governments
• National Bureau of Investigation Clearance
• Professional Regulation Commission ID (PRC ID)
• Police Clearance
• Postal ID
• Voter’s ID or any other acceptable form of ID

You will also need to provide one proof of address document the same way. These are the documents that qualify for proof of address:

• Bank statement
• Credit card billing statement
• Utility bill (water, electricity, cable, telephone, or broadband)
• Mobile phone bill
• Barangay Certificate of Residency

For cellphone verification you will need to provide your cellphone number. A verification message or will be sent to you by SMS. Simply reply to the message to verify.

Once the setup is done and your documents have been received and approved your account will be set to live and you will be able to add your products for sale. Please wait for a verification email from an admin at preferredknives.com. If you have not received your verification within 24 hours please contact us at info@preferredknives.com.

Log in to your vendor dashboard: Once you have accomplished the basic setup above you will be able to go to your vendor dashboard and add products. You will also be able to update your account or make some changes to your settings. From your vendor account dashboard you can also view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses, and edit your password and account details.
